About me

Always higher, faster and further – between athletic performance, extreme body transformation, always chasing success and striving to perform above average, the degree on which I wandered for many years became narrower and narrower. I was driven, in overtraining, in an addiction and escape, suffering from pain and eating disorders, deliberately ignoring regeneration and my body warning signals.

One day, the bottom fell out: immune system broke down,  illness, surgery, and what remained was the inner emptiness. This was my wake-up call. I became aware of my behavior, worked on myself, learnt to change my attitude and training through my own resources.

I couldn’t have done it without help. Everyone needs support at some point in their life. Everyone can change if they want to and are willing to do something about it! Everyone has their own story and their own backpack. I can’t take yours off or carry it but I can support you to unload some heavy stones. Let’s look at your challenges and ambitions, tackle them together and unload your backpack step by step, so you can reach your goals and ambitions again. You can read more about me here.

I support you in observing, perceiving and recognizing your individual challenges in the area of physical and mental movement, wrong body perception, (un)conscious urges, compulsions and behaviors that harm your physical and mental well-being, limit your athletic growth and performance and prevent you from being the best version of yourself you can be.

By determining, implementing and reviewing the right training method of body and mind, I support you with using my Beyond Movement Method for a better physical and mental well-being. I will show you how to access your own resources and create better conditions so that you not only increase your performance and achieve your ambitious athletic goals, you will also feel better and more balanced.
