About me
I am a very ambitious, dynamic and hyperactive person with lots of energy. Sport has always been my great passion. The success and recognition over my athletic body and my achievements always felt great. However, there was also a dark side, which I had hidden for a long time and did not want to admit.
I suffered from physical and mental setbacks due to my extreme and intense training. I was training hard several times a day, eating unconsciously, avoiding recovery times and ignoring clear body warning signals. I was constantly driven. Sport was the most important thing. It was all about satisfying the inner sense of achievement. I was always on the move, constantly ailing, had isolated myself socially, often suffered from pain and could no longer sleep. From one day to the next I was confronted with a not so easy illness, but even then I didn’t want to listen and kept on going. Then came what had to come, the physical and mental breakdown – the final terminus. I was made aware that if I did not change something now, one day it will be too late. It was a painful process to realize this and to break away from my former self-destructive behavior. I made it – with support.
Today I am still strongly performance-oriented and constantly on the move. That’s okay, because that’s who I am and that’s what I stand for. I am open about my experiences and I am no longer ashamed of them or hiding who I am and how I am. It belongs to me. It is me but I have learned to be more aware of myself, to know my limits, and to change things in my life for the better through my own resources. There is always a solution and I alone decide how to deal with a situation. Everyone can shape his life for the better, change his thinking and behavior. You just have to want to, learn to understand yourself better and realize how you can use your own capabilities for yourself and for your athletic goals. It has helped me getting into the right movement on a physical and mental level. With this concept I would like to support others who experience similar situations.

Why Beyond Movement
01 Movement as change
For me, movement is everywhere. Our life continuously confronts us with unexpected situations that affect our body and mind. It is important how you deal with these situations, how you use your own resources and the given opportunities, and finally change something and grow from it.
02 Movement as a process
Physical and mental movement help us to initiate thoughts, to perceive our own hurdles, to get into the doing, to break free from habits, and finally to achieve the desired change and your goals. An ongoing process that never ends. Movement is not only a motor force. It goes so much further in its meaning and implementation.
03 Movement as an overall concept
Sporting ambitions and changes are achieved faster when we look at our body as a whole unit. Movement takes place on multiple levels and you already have the right capabilities to achieve your ambitions. You just need to recognize what they are and how to make them work for you. I help you with that. With a new mindset, a training method which helps you and a conscious diet, all individually tailored to you, which will bring your desired change and success.
